For over a decade, DJ PARALLAX has pushed the dance music envelope with his ever evolving style. Performing for some of the most diverse crowds internationally, his sets have been witnessed from the United States to Europe & Canada. Scouring the planet for music, DJ PARALLAX always delivers the heaviest basslines and floor stomping underground beats.

DJ PARALLAX, also known as Frank Gallagher, began his career producing. Looping samples on an old 486DX PC in 1993 he was completely unaware of the blossoming underground dance music scene. Exposed to the dance music scene a few years later, he knew exactly where he fit. Already a DJ on a local radio station he switched formats and DJ PARALLAX, as he is known, was born.

More recently, DJ PARALLAX has crossed over into the global scene. With recent & upcoming events in the Northeast, Denver, Halifax, Vancouver, Ireland, and the UK, and also voted the ‘#1 Speed Garage DJ in the World’ (May - August 2008, source: thedjlist.com) DJ PARALLAX plans to dominate the globe with his signature blend of 4×4, Speed Garage, Bassline & Electro. This is it, the 3rd Annual All Nighter is here, and you are all in for a treat! This year we are hosting the event for a much larger time slot and a much larger DJ lineup. We have some daily activities planned so that if you come early you wont just be listening to music, but there will be other things to entertain you as well. The decor this year is going to be amazing, we have pulled out all the stops for this event, although all the details wont be listed for a while yet, this will get you started getting your plans ready for that weekend, as its going to be OFF THE HOOK!!!

CHARITY ASPECT

In the local community of Newport Station which is just outside of Windsor, NS, there is a recreation center and ball field which over the years has been neglected and fallen apart. The community has started a committee called the Station Days Society and they are raising money through numerous events to rebuild the place and the ball field for the kids to have a place to be and have fun throughout the year. They have backing from the government to match what ever amount they can raise for the center and we are going to help them by donating $1 from every ticket and also very generous portion of the total profits from the show afterwards including all concession sales as well. Our goal is to contribute as much as $2000 to them from our Antic Festival this year in 2008 as this community needs our help, and we need yours. Everything you can contribute will in the end help the community build a safe environment for their children.

SHUTTLE

If you are in need of a shuttle bus to get you to and from the event, please join our Facebook Event Page and post your need of the shuttle and what city you live in. We are guaranteed to have a shuttle in Halifax, but we will work on other cities if there is enough demand to fill a van or such. The shuttle will run an additional charge depending on your city, but again this is for those who dont have any other sort of transportation.
